Master
Edwards the founder of Master E Ltd. He holds a level 3 City
and Guild teacher trainer award in Conflict Management and
a 7303 Teacher training qualification.
Master
Edwards also has a Maybo Advance teachers qualification in
Assault Avoidance and physical Intervention. Maybo are the
Pioneers in Schools Safer Children that teaches the least
forceful way of physical intervention without causing harm
to self or others.

Master
Edwards Mentoring Career started 10 years ago, when he started
up Edwards Black Belt Schools in Mosside in 2001. In 2002
he opened Buxton Black Belt Academy, 2007 Chorlton Black Belt
Academy and 2009 Didsbury Black Belt Academy. Master Edwards
turned his passion in to a career as he was Previously a world
class Athlete holding British titles and holding European
Bronze and World bronze title 3 times in Kickboxing. Master
Edwards is a 5th degree Black belt in Kickboxing and holds
black belts and senior grades in Karate, Kung fu, Escrima
and Muay Thai.
Master
Edwards started his Career through the Princesses trust and
the BME Program which is a fund for Black Minority and Ethnic
groups. Through these programs he was able to turn his passion
into a career.
Master
Edwards first step to mentoring happened in 2004 when he was
asked by Grand Master Curtis Page to Manage the British Light
contact Karate team. It became apparent that the physical
prowess of an competitor did not ensure victory. Attitude
ad character was equally if not more important. Through Managing
and coaching world class athletes he developed his Leadership
program. His Leadership Program came from his love for Personal
Development Gurus and his high school years in the Caribbean
which gave him the hunger to grab life by the horns.
Shortly
after the world championships Master Edwards approached Buxton
Community high school and St Thomas Moore high school and
his Mentoring programs began. He has even given Business Lectures
at Derbyshire University in Buxton on Business.
In 2009
Master Edwards focused his efforts on developing Work based
Training such as Conflict resolution, Security, Personal Safety
and sports coaching as he started Master E Ltd. Master E Ltd
is a City and Guild Centre and enables the company to offer
recognised qualifications. The company is also a Chartered
institute of environmental health centre, Maybo and Highfield
Centre.
Come September
2011 Master E Ltd has everything in place to make a difference
hence the birth of Master E Youth Training and Master E Personal
Development.
